We welcome artists, crafts, food trucks, and everything in between to join our Art Walk! Spaces cost $35 per event. Vendors provide their own tents/tables. Need more information? Contact us at Waco Uptown Art Walk.

*Cultivate 7Twelve provides accessible public restrooms and electricity for vendor booths. Please note this upcoming event will be indoors, so tents will not be necessary.

PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BEING A VENDOR AT THE WACO OPEN ART MARKET! 1. By filing out this application you are agreeing to participate in the Art Market event dated above. A deviation from this agreement such as being absent or late to the event without any notification to event staff will result in applicant forfeiting their booth fee and may be subject to being wait listed. 2. A booth fee of $35.00 will be required of vendors, and must be paid by the designated due date. Payments can be submitted through the online payment link. 3. All vendor must be able to present a Tax Sales and Use permit if requested by city officials/law enforcement. Vendors who are not able to do so could be subject to fines/tickets. Food Vendors must also be able to present a food handlers license. Members of the Waco Open Art Market Committee will not ask you to present this. This is strictly for your tax purposes. 4. If a vendor requires the use of electricity or water, an additional charge may be requested of the vendor depending on location. 5. Vendors are limited to a 6'x4' area. This space is specific to Cultivate 7Twelve's indoor space. Any vendor needing additional space will be required to pay an additional fee. 6. Vendors are required to act in a professional manner towards each others, event staff, location staff, and visitors of the market. Any misconduct that negatively impacts the Waco Open Art Market, or a participating business therein, will result in the vendor loosing the ability to participate in future events. Hate speech, spam, bullying, or any other online misconduct in the group page will not be tolerated. 7. Waco Open Art Market is a smoke free environment. 8. Treat your area with respect. Pick up any trash or debris throughout and following the event and dispose of properly. Leave your respected area the same as or better than you arrived to it. 9.In case of unexpected cancellation of the Waco Open Art Market due to illness, family emergency/tragedy, adverse/inclement weather, or lack of vendor availability, vendors who have paid their booth fee will be given the option to have their payment roll over to the following market date.
